Hi, I’m Kat B ~ the comeback queen with salt in my hair, spark in my soul, and stories that heal.

I’m a nearing 70, firecracker with a heart as big as the ocean I adore. I’ve weathered storms, let go of the victim label, and now I hand out flashlights to those still searching for their own light.

I know what it’s like to start over, and I’m here to remind you, it’s not too late.

My heart is filled with love and gratitude, and positivity. I have overcome many of life’s hardships as a single mom/grandma, including financial, physical and emotional pain and damage caused by abuse of too many kinds starting in early childhood and long into adulthood, but no more!!

I do not call myself a survivor… I am not a victim; I didn’t just survive; I healed and am thriving in spite of…!!!!

I used to run a design business as a branding badass, but these days, I’m all in on something deeper. I’m a soul-centered mentor and writer who blends real talk with raw truth, cozy compassion, and yes, I may lovingly remind you (or myself) to pull up your big girl panties when it’s time to rise.

Now, I work from home, creating content that feels like a lifeline for folks over 40 who’ve been through it, trauma, big life changes, burnout, and are finally choosing themselves. I write, I teach, I share what’s worked, and I cheer you on as you build a life and income that feels good, doable, and meaningful.

I run on gratitude, determination, tea, a hint of dark chocolate, my family, and some Canva magic. I’m tech-curious and a bit nerdy, but I like things simple and soul-led. Whether I’m talking about healing, creating passive income, or just offering a little encouragement ~ I want you to believe again, too.

I’ve been on a continuous path of learning and self betterement in pursuit of a better life for me and my family through determination, gratitude, positivity, and personal growth.

Life happens and the best we can do is roll with it and come out on top!

Along with my family and friends, I’m also a kitty mama to two sweet rescue kitties, Remmie and Moe, and love about anything beachy or ocean.

Starting over is not only possible, it’s a beautiful opportunity to create the life you deserve…. At any age!
